Refunds or exchanges will not be considered unless the circumstances are extreme. If an item is being made per a custom request, it will need to be cancelled within 2 days of the order. If special materials have been requested and purchased, the cost of purchase will not be refunded.

I accept payment by PayPal.

Your items will ship once the payment has gone through, with usually no more than a 2-3 day delay for framing/matting. Large formats take a bit longer, but I'll always let you know.
Should you have any issues at during checkout, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll help you straighten things out.

If after 3 days there has been no payment and no contact from you, the order will be cancelled.

Unless you state otherwise, all orders will be shipped via Canada Post/USPS Air Mail to the address on the Etsy order. Typical delivery time to the U.S. is 8-10 business days, though it can sometimes takes longer. There is no tracking provided with regular Air Mail. If your order is urgent and/or needs tracking, please contact me before ordering.

I will always email you as soon as your order has shipped.

Most prints are shipped in a very thick, sturdy cardboard envelope, with framed items shipped in extra safe packaging.

I'm always happy to do custom orders, be it a different kind of paper, borders, varying sizes, note cards, or whatever else you may require. I also accept wholesale offers on large (quantity) orders.
