I was kept up to date with pictures all the time and my messages were always answered very quickly and very friendly. The bard was packaged very securely and there was a sweet little extra as a gift, which made me very happy. The bard is custom size and of very high quality. He even exceeded my expectations! It is also worth mentioning that, despite failed attempts, they did not give up and searched for a solution that was finally found and I now hold a great bard in my hands. I was involved the whole time, was always kept up to date and found the communication very warm and professional :)

5 out of 5 starsI am absolutely thrilled! The prints are of extremely good quality, super clean and detailed, the contact was super pleasant and I could easily "reorder" something because I had decided too late to order more Minis. I will definitely continue to order here! Thank you very much!
