I make so many things out of recycled cashmere, and I can never throw away the scraps. Finally, a solution! Scraps from my Cashmere Critters are perfect for making Cashmere Cupcakes!

Fiber fascinates me. I love manipulating it and fiddling with it just to see what it can do. I love all the different stories it has to tell. I spend my days in my studio teasing out the tales my yarns and woolens, silks and cottons have to reveal.

Payment
Payment via Paypal should be made within 48 hours of your purchase. Failure to do so, regretfully, will result in the cancellation of your sale.

Payment via Other applies only if arrangements have been made in advance.

Layaway is available on purchases over $50. Depending on the total cost, payments are typically structured into two or three installments. There is a $1 processing charge on the total purchase. Should the buyer fail to complete the payment plan as laid out at the time of purchase, all prior payments are forfeited and shall be retained by me, the seller. The item(s) will also be released from the commitment and I, as the seller, will be able to repost the pieces for sale.
Shipping
*Please note that I am frequently on the road for shows and treasure hunting, which can sometimes effect my shipping schedule. While I always make every effort to get your purchase to you promptly, there may sometimes be a bit of a delay. Never hesitate to convo me if you'd like to know when my next shipping day will be. Thank you!*

Instant Downloads are always available.

Most orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation, but I also use UPS when appropriate. I will refund any significant overcharge of shipping, so please don't worry. Items that are listed as either "custom" or "made to order" provide delivery schedules within their product descriptions. Please make sure those timeframes work for you prior to ordering. If you have any other special requests, please don't hesitate to ask.

Please note, that I ship to the shipping address listed on your Etsy order.

For International Buyers: I ship USPS Priority or First Class International Mail. This usually takes 6-14 business days. However, there are occasionally delays at the customs office of the destination country over which I have no control. Please keep this in mind. Buyer is responsible for any import fees, tariffs, or taxes. If you would like to explore other less expensive shipping options, please just let me know.

Thank you!
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, or if an item arrives damaged or in error, please contact me so that we can correct the situation. Refunds for the purchase price will be made if I am notified within 1 week of delivery and the item is returned in sellable condition. All shipping costs are your responsibility as the buyer. Please remember too, however, that I cannot allow returns of custom ordered/commissioned pieces or patterns once they've been downloaded. Payments on unfulfilled layaway plans are not refundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please Note: I occasionally have questions about an order's details or shipping information. If the purchaser does not respond to my queries within one week, sadly, I will have to cancel the sale.

Customer Service: I always do my best to respond promptly to questions or concerns, but do please keep in mind that evenings, weekends, and holidays are for family and there may be some delay during these times.
