Hey everyone, my name is Angela Brooke Gonzalez and welcome to my little tea shoppe. All my ingredients are organic and fair trade with no added flavorings in sight. I hope you will enjoy drinking them as much as I enjoy creating them.

I've had a passion for all things tea since I was a little girl having tea parties with my grandma in her kitchen. About nine years ago I began working with herbs and got into making my own blends. I'd make them for family and friends and give them out as gifts during the holidays.

When the pandemic hit, like so many of us, I lost my main source of income (dog walking/pet sitting). I was looking for other ways to keep the lights on and with the encouragement of family and friends I decided to use this time to build up my dream. A traveling tea shop! I would love to take my vintage camper, Backroad Betty, and bring the joy of teas right to your door (or local craft fair, park, etc). I want to create a community, a space where we can all share our stories and lives. A place to connect with each other in real life again.

And like that Brooke Birch Tea was born.
