Brookish - Our Story

Hi, I’m Brooke of Brookish. :) I started my shop in 2007, and business picked up to where my husband, Justin, joined me as a screen printer in 2009. We closed the shop earlier this year, but are reopening for the holiday season.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
MISSING PACKAGES: If a package hasn't arrived within a reasonable amount of time since delivery (3 weeks for U.S. orders, and 6 weeks for International orders), we will then take the steps to resolve the situation. On occasion, the mail takes longer than usual and the package eventually shows up. However, please inform us if you have not received it within a week (U.S.) and two weeks (International), so we can double-check the shipping log.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Let us know and we'll do our very best to mend the situation. (This is rare, but still, things happen.) A photo is required of the damaged item to be attached to the convo.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: All possible exchanges/refunds will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis at our discretion. Refunds will only be issued to the account that used for the original purchase.

T-SHIRTS: T-shirts may be exchanged evenly for a different size if returned in unwashed and unworn condition. You ship it to us, and we ship it back, so we both absorb the cost.
Orders without payment over 3 days will be cancelled at our discretion. Items are only shipped after payment has been received.
After payment has been received, we usually ship within two to seven business days of purchase, or longer during busy times. We could be very busy with orders any time during the year, so if you need the item by a deadline, it's best to convo us to speed up the shipping process (or leave a note during checkout on Etsy) - we're happy to oblige. Each item is made-to-order.

U.S. ORDERS: All U.S. orders weighing over one pound are sent via USPS Priority Mail, since it's the least expensive route- and hey, it's fast, too! Anything under one pound will be shipped as First Class Mail. We combine any multiple soft items in one package, which get shipped Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery takes around 6-10 business days, depending on your location. We refund any shipping overages that might occur.

CUSTOMS: International buyers/recipients are responsible for all customs fees. Package will be represented accurately as to it's contents and price.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We combine-ship multiple items based on sizes and availability. Shipping differences are refunded back to the buyer after the package is sent.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom mugs are offered seasonally, depending on mug demand. Sorry, we currently do not offer custom screen printing.

TRADES: We're always willing to consider a trade- it never hurts to ask! :)

We offer discount for wholesale buyers/retailers. Please convo us for a wholesale pricing list and minimums.
