1 out of 5 starsI hadn’t received any shipping information over a week after paying. No response from the BrooksideBungalow until after opening a dispute with Etsy. I was told the item was being shipped and then the entire transaction was cancelled without another word. I would not buy from this shop.

There is a 3-5 day processing time with my orders. The buyer contacted me the day that the item was due to ship. The next day I received notice there was a case opened on behalf the buyer. I refunded the shipping amount and packaged the item to ship immediately. I also made contact with the buyer about whether or not she wished to still receive the item. I was notified through etsy that the way to resolve the dispute was to cancel and refund the order, which I did. I then received notice from the the buyer that she had not wished to cancel, assuming there was some sort of mix up in communication, I offered to relist the item and have her repurchase and wave shipping charges, I never heard a response back from the buyer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please send us an email to discuss a resolution. Any accepted return items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We, unfortunately, cannot refund any shipping fees nor provide return shipping.

ATTENTION: Due to Etsy's sometimes insane shipping estimates please do not be discouraged from purchasing, just reach out to us and we can discuss actual shipping costs. Rest assured any shipping overages are refunded back to you at date of shipment.
LOCAL ORDERS: If you would like to pick up your order in person and forgo the shipping costs, please send us a message before buying. We will set up a custom listing for you and arrange a pickup time at our studio.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will happily ship internationally! We are not responsible for customs taxes as they vary from country to country and, unfortunately, can not be lumped into shipping prices.
