Announcement    Welcome to my store! I've been a knitter, spinner, and sock (machine) knitter for decades. I started this store to share with my fellow sock enthusiasts some of the really fabulous yarns I've found that I can import and make available for sale here.

I have a full-time day job (I'm a corporate accountant) so I generally ship out all the incoming orders on the weekend. If you would like or need shipping faster than that, go ahead and send me a direct message and I'll be happy to back up your order right away and get it on its way to you.

Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for stopping by!!

-Eric.

This store is a natural out-cropping of my intense love for natural fibers, spinning, and knitting, and the fact that I've got a good friends in the UK and Germany who just happen to own fiber mills. I'm really excited about our partnerships and bringing the very best of the world's fiber to knitters and spinners worldwide.

Returns and exchange details
I've never had anyone ask for a return or a refund so I don't have a set policy on it. I always treat people the way I would want to be treated, though, so if you've got an issue with one of my products, let me know and I'll make it right.
Payment
PayPal and Direct Checkout are my favorite methods of payment, but I'll accept checks and money orders, as well. The catch on non-PayPal payments is that, unless I know you well, I have to hold the order until my banker and I are both comfortable that your check has cleared your bank. That could be a while, depending on where you are and where you bank.

I charge sales taxes on all sales to residents of Michigan (USA).

If you decide you want to cancel your order (and I haven't shipped it yet), just let me know. I like to be as flexible as I can with peoples' changing situations.
Shipping
I ship worldwide, no problem. I do not charge a handling or packaging fee of any kind and I want it noted that I don't even charge the full postage costs for what I ship. I'm happy to share part of that cost with people whenever I can. After all, it's not *your* fault that we might live thousands of miles apart from one another, right??
Additional policies and FAQs
I welcome special requests and I'm happy to quote bulk pricing on wholesale orders. A word of caution, though--like I don't charge the full cost of postage when I ship, I also don't mark up my products very much, so I can't afford to give very much of a discount on bulk orders, but I'll sure try to accommodate if you want to buy in bulk.
