Brenda is an amazing artist! Her ribbon embroidery cards are spectacular! Her Agapanthus card is stunning! The Pussy willow and pink flowers are phenomenal. The Bluebonnet card is gorgeous and I love the delicate Freesia card. The Hydrangeas are beautiful and the Magnolia seed pod card is fantastic, a true work of art. Brenda's Pinecone card is terrific and her Wisteria vine is lovely. The exotic blooms take my breath away and the Yellow lily card is terrific! My family and friends love to receive Brenda's cards. She is incredibly talented and a delight to work with. I look forward to placing my next order with bstudio! Thanks Brenda, for a job well done!

I ordered 30 custom, embroidered sachets from bstudio. They are gorgeous! I gave Brenda the initials and some preferred colors, and told her to choose the floral design. Her workmanship is superb and her timeliness was incredible. I highly recommend bstudio!

Designing and creating unique items using silk and silk ribbon embroidery is my passion!
All of my pieces are designed and created by me, from an inkling of an idea to the finished product. I love working with the beautiful silk ribbons and I get a kick out of exploring new and unusual ways to use them. I also like to experiment with other mediums.

Returns and exchanges
Please contact me within 10 days of receipt so we can resolve any dissatisfaction you might have.
All of my items are sent out in sturdy, protective packaging. If your package arrives with the contents damaged contact me immediately and provide a picture of the damaged item.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me.
If it is determined that you will to return the item, it should be sent back in sturdy packaging within 7 days of its arrival at your address.
Once I have received the returned item I will issue a refund less the original shipping cost.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If a package is returned because the buyer fails to pick it up at their post office, any return shipping costs charged to me will also be deducted from the refund.
I do not offer a refund on personalized custom orders.
If you do not receive your package within a reasonable amount of time please let me know so we can work something out. Please read my Shipping Policy that outlines estimated shipping times and allow for delays such as weekends, holidays, weather related disasters, customs and other unforeseen acts.
If your item was sent with tracking and the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, I would suggest you ask other family members or people within your building plus your neighbors, if that fails you must contact your local post office and also the police and file a stolen package report.

Please note: VAT is NOT included in my pricing. This is something Etsy have added to my listings and it is a mistake on their part, please disregard. It you order from a country that collects VAT on imported goods you are responsible for paying it.
Shipping
I ship once a day Monday to Friday. If I receive the order on a Saturday or on a Sunday then the order goes out Monday unless it's a holiday.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:
If an item doesn't have your shipping destination in the listing please contact me with your location and I will look into the cost of shipping.
SHIPPING ADDRESS:
I ship to the address you provide at the time of checkout. Please ensure that your mailing address is up to date. If an item is returned because the mailing address is incorrect, I will require that you pay the shipping cost again before I resend the package.

CANADIAN destinations:
Estimated shipping time once your item is mailed varies within Canada depending on the mail service to your area.
U.S. destinations:
Estimated shipping time once your item is posted to the U.S. is about 7 to 14 business days depending on the mail service to your area.
Any import duties or taxes imposed by your country will be your responsibility to pay.
Tracking is only provided if that type of service has been requested and the extra shipping charge paid for. Please contact me before you make your purchase and I will provide you with a quote for the cost of shipping with tracking.
INTERNATIONAL destinations:
Estimated shipping times once the item is posted to your country vary greatly and will depend on the mail service to your area, because of this I cannot give an estimated shipping time.

RUSH ORDERS:
If you need your item by a specific date, I will investigate the cost of a quicker delivery service and let you know what it will be.
If you agree to the extra cost, I will adjust the shipping in the listing before you buy it or send you an invoice to cover the additional shipping cost. The additional shipping cost must be paid for before I will ship the item.
