The customer service, care, & quality are all immaculate. I ordered a custom image tumbler for my fiancé & had trouble finding an image as the character (Grand Admiral Thrawn) isn’t the most popular. Btala was not only able to work with the limited images, they did their own research & added details I hadn’t even thought of which made the tumbler even better. They were super communicative throughout the process & answered all my questions, never once pressuring me into purchasing their product. They’re turn around time from purchase to delivery was quick as well. 10/10 would recommend & purchase again.
