It's likely that your printer isn't calibrated to your screen, so colors shown on your screen may differ from the actual print.

Smooth cardstock or heavyweight photo paper is best to achieve a crisp finish.

I recommend using smooth matte paper because there's no reflection to interfere with the image.

Your printable files will be available to download automatically after your payment is processed (Your Account > Purchases and Reviews). Etsy also sends you an email with a link to download to your e-mail address connected to your Etsy account.
