Returns and exchange details
• All International Orders: The buyer is responsible for all import charges, taxes or fees and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. MilkTea is not responsible for any customs taxes/fees.
• All packages are sent via USPS International Priority Express, this comes with tracking and insurance. If you would like cheaper shipping options please contact me for other alternatives. Any items sent not via Express cannot be guaranteed a delivery date, so keep that in mind.
• All items will be sent to the address on your Etsy checkout and invoice that is sent to MilkTea. If for any reason the order is returned to MilkTea because of an incorrect address, additional postage will need to be covered by the buyer. If the address provided is incorrect (or your previous address) MilkTea is not responsible for any lost or missing items. If an updated address is needed after the order has been placed, please be sure to update the address when all approval pics have been sent.
Once your item leaves our hands we are unable to guarantee delivery by any certain date as it depends on work of Post and Customs. With Express shipping they do give an estimated time frame but things can change going through customs. Please be aware.
