We are equipped to serve your personalized gift and apparel needs. We offer custom embroidery, digitizing of logos, screen printing, vinyl and rhinestone apparel.

Giving you the ability to customize both sides of your jacket, vest or scrub top. Also our ability to provide bulk jacket orders for your Hospital according to your unique unit, department and title. Items that we keep in stock and have on hand are able to ship within 1-2 days. Items that have to be ordered can take 2-3 business days to arrive, but can be quickly produced and shipped within 1-2 business days once we have them!

Each order is custom made for you according to your personalization requests. ie thread color, font choice and name or logo.

Please provide monograms in First, LAST, Middle order. Also, please include the last name so we can verify correct letter placement. This information is to be left in the message to seller section during checkout.

We will monogram your item from what we see. If you did not provide monogram in First, LAST, Middle order we are not responsible. We are not able to offer you an exchange or refund. Please be careful to provide initials in order requested.

We do our best to get your order out as soon as possible! Sometimes orders are held up due to delivery delay from distributors or availability of products.

Please be patient as sometimes circumstances are out of our hands. Custom orders take time to produce. We do everything in our power to produce your order as quickly as possible. We process orders in the order they are received.

Please know there are times when our normal turnaround will increase due to high volume of ordering- Turnaround Time can increase at Easter, Christmas and Back to School Season.
*We are not responsible for packages that don't arrive once we have provided proof of tracking. Sometimes packages can get lost through USPS. You would need to go to your local USPS office and file a claim with the tracking info we provided.

Turnaround time varies depending if your item is in stock and/or has to be ordered. We will do our best to communicate to you if an item will have a longer turnaround time than posted. Turnaround times will vary from 1-2 days to- 10-15 business days. Please note turnaround times do not include weekends,holidays or shipping time.

We work M-F and spend weekends with our families. You can send messages anytime, but please know we may not contact you immediately over the weekend.
