Buckaroo's Mercantile....a world of retro and more!

I opened my first Brick and Mortar store in 1996 in a tiny (185 sq foot!) space in Cambridge MA. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing or what I was getting into. One little error in planning was that I intended to sell only vintage goods but one needs a second hand goods license in Cambridge and that takes a few months...oops. While I was getting the red tape cut I needed to fill the shelves and started making my own product (I had been dabbling in making different things for years). Flash forward a couple of years and I had created my own product line of switch plate covers, lamps, clocks, mouse pads and such. I eventually got my license, moved into a much bigger space and did sell tons of vintage things but I became fairly well known as the dude who makes his own stuff. I started selling online in 1998 and after closing my shop in order to move back to the Southwest (family responsibilities) I moved everything onto the internet. After a brief stint in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico I am now situated in a cozy 1940's bungalow in Denver complete with studio and packing room.

I have hundreds of images that I work with so custom orders are always a possibility.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

I believe in making the world a funkier and happier place with my products!
With crafted items I will be happy to provide refunds or exchanges (not including shipping changes) but ask that you notify me ASAP and return the original item within two weeks.

I'm a very friendly dude so if there is a problem with your item please let me know right away and we can work it out! It's a well worn phrase but I do believe in treating customers the way that I would like to be treated.
Payment
I am currently accepting Paypal for payments. I am now also accepting all credit cards through the Etsy processing system and I can also accept credit cards through my brick and mortar store. If you would like to pay this way please convo me for more details
Shipping
I ship US mail for all purchases.

I am happy to ship internationally but will often have to calculate the cost. If an item is not marked for shipping for your country please convo me.
International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies or fees.
