Welcome

Hello,
Welcome to my shop!
All of the jewlery is hand fabricated. I do not use any premade charms or pendants. I cut, solder, form, hammer, and finish everything myself. Everything is sterling silver.

Many of my necklaces are shorter in length than the average necklace. This is because some of them are made to sit near the collarbone. I feel that necklaces that accentuate the collarbone (or "clavicle") are quite lovely and flattering - and easy to wear. But I do know that we do not all have the same neck size. So if you feel a necklace would be too short for you please convo me and in most cases I can add a chain extension to the back of the necklace. For example, I could add an inch of chain to the back along with another loop for clasping.
The extension would be free of charge.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of purchase.
Paypal is accepted.
Credit Card is accepted through paypal. (you can pay with a credit card without actually having a pay pal account set up)

Please make sure your etsy address and your paypal address match.

Shipping

Shipping
Your order will ship to the address you choose during Etsy checkout. If you are paying through paypal your etsy address and your paypal address should be the same.

I will make every effort to ship each order within 3 business days of receipt of payment for items that are ready to ship. Items that are made to order will take longer.
US Domestic Standard shipping is $3.00 (2-5 days on average)
OR you can pay $5.00 for US Priority Mail (2-3 days).
Delivery confirmation with a tracking number is included for all US orders. Insurance is also included in your shipping price. PLEASE NOTE: although it is rare, there is the possibility that your package could take longer than 5 days to arrive. I have no control over how the US post office handles its operations. Items typically arrive in 2-5 days, but there are rare exceptions when it takes longer. If you want your jewelry to arrive by a certain date convo me to discuss express shipping (which costs more but comes with a guaranteed date of delivery).

******International orders: I want to make sure that the jewelry that you order makes it to your door. I AM NOT ALLOWED TO SHIP JEWELRY TO CERTAIN COUNTRIES because of customs prohibitions! If you live in one of these countries, for instance, Russia - I will not be able to ship any items to you.
I also do not ship to Italy or Brazil. For countries that allow the import of jewelry, I will ship International Global Priority which takes 6- 10 days on average. It costs $11 to Canada and $12 everywhere else. This method of shipping is much faster than International First Class although it does not provide tracking. You can purchase Express Mail International which guarantees a delivery date (3-5 days) and provides tracking. That costs $26 or more, which is expensive, although it is the most secure way to ship internationally. *** If you are ordering items totaling over $100 I recommend that you purchase Express Mail International. I want to make sure that your order arrives safely.

**** I am NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. This is why I prefer not to ship via International First Class -- because there is no guarantee that your items will reach you with this form of shipping. I would recommend Express International if you want a guaranteed delivery date with tracking and confirmation. You may also request insurance.
_______________________________________________________________

Jewelry is shipped in an eco friendly recycled fiber jewelry box with a gray ribbon. Items are packaged inside of a protective bubble wrap envelope for mailing. If you order multiple items I will ship them in the same box unless you specify otherwise.

I will not include a printed receipt unless you request it. There are records of every transaction and Etsy and Paypal so I do not print out paper copies unless truly necessary.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let me know ASAP if there is a problem with your order. Please contact me via Etsy conversation so that I may remedy the situation.

Jewelry: If the item is faulty because of an error in workmanship please contact me about repairing the item. (free of charge of course). I will repair the item or send out a replacement and reimburse you for the return shipping of the item. If the item is damaged for other reasons that are no fault of my own I may be able to repair the item for you but I request that you pay for the repair.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Silver Care:
Exposure to air makes silver oxidize faster. The best way to keep jewelry tarnish free is to store pieces seperately in plastic bags (sealed) or to wear them every day (the oils in your skin help to keep the silver tarnish free).
I know keeping jewelry in little baggies is not the most aesthetically pleasing storage solution but I would at least recommend keeping them in a jewelry box instead of lying out in the open. If you find that something is tarnishing, a jewelry polishing cloth like the "Sunshine Cloth" will work wonders at removing the tarnish.
