If there are certain things that you can't find your answer here,

For safety, if you are using out items for example plastic bags on food and eatable items, please clean appropriately in order to be cautious.

Returns and exchanges
we will return it by paypal to the buyers.
We will calculate you a cheaper postage fee if more items are bought.
All items are package with bubble wraps with cares. If the items are broken by custom e.g. the package has been opened during the delivery, we can't guarantee the original status of the items. However we encourage you to communicate with us and see what we can do for you.

Shipping
Generally it takes around 7-10 days for delivery depending on the destination.
Please provide the correct etsy and paypal registered address.
P.S. It's buyers' risk of providing incorrect address.
If speed post is required, please address that before ordering. Different postage fees applied.
