Heart Felt Fun for Families!

In a world of electronic everything sometimes it’s nice to step back to basics and just pretend.
Bugga Bugs is the place to go for childhood imagination and creativity! Everything here has been thoroughly tested by the ones who matter most… kids! All patterns are carefully thought out and detail oriented for hours of learning fun and imaginative play. They are perfect for your own children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends alike.

Patterns are made locally by me, a stay at home mom from Oregon AND my beautiful mother (Veanne Elg- Idaho) and sister (Angie Harward-Utah)!

PDF patterns downloaded by the buyer cannot be returned. For this reason all (downloaded) sales are final.

★ AUTOMATIC DOWNLOADS!
Patterns may be automatically downloaded by going into your Etsy purchases and clicking on your Bugga Bugs order. Free patterns that you qualify for will be sent via email.

★ SENT QUICKLY:
Free patterns are usually sent within 48 hours of cleared order payment.

★ TIPS:

1. Make sure the e-mail address listed on your etsy account is up to date and spelled correctly.

2. If you would like qualifying free patterns sent to an e-mail address other than the one listed on your etsy account you must let me know in the message to seller box at checkout. Once sent, patterns will not be resent to a different e-mail address.

3. Please make room in your inbox for the patterns.

4. Add buggabugs [!at] gmail.com to your contacts list so the patterns aren't sent to junk mail, recognized as spam or accidently deleted.

★ PATTERNS SENT ONCE:

1. Please make sure after receiving your patterns that you save them in a secure location. It is a good idea to immediately print the pattern out so you have a hard copy in the event that your computer should crash.

★Q: Do you make the actual items for sale?
♥A: Currently we only sell the patterns.

★Q: Do I need a sewing machine?
♥A: We recommend using a sewing machine but you may hand stitch the items if you follow the same seem allowance. If hand stitching please follow the pattern instructions as exactly as possible.

★Q: How difficult are the patterns?
♥A: The patterns are relatively simple to make. The time is spent in the detail work. A basic sewing knowledge is needed. The step by step instructions and full color photographs are great helps!

★Q: How much detail work is involved?
♥A: It varies. We pride ourselves in the detail put into each pattern set. It's part of what makes our products unique! You can get a feel for the detail work involved by simply looking at the pictures of the items in their descriptions.

★Q: I'm a beginner - what is the easiest pattern to make?
♥A: All our patterns are user friendly - but if you're really new to sewing we say start with the doughnuts!

★Q: How long does it take to make the items?
♥A: Every person sews at different speeds and skill levels. There is no way for me to tell you how long a project will take. Very generally, plan on a good portion of an afternoon to make a set.

★Q: How much does it cost to make a set?
♥A: The cost of a set depends on the kind of supplies you purchase - i.e wool felt or acrylic felt. Also, the price of felt varies from area to area so I have no way of knowing what it will cost you. I generally make my sets for $5.00 to $10.00 depending on the materials.

★Q: Do you offer a discount?
♥A: Yes! Buy 5 patterns in one purchase and get a 6th pattern free. Just let me know which one you'd like in the message to seller box at checkout (do not add the free pattern to your cart).

★Q: What kind of felt do you recommend?
♥A: We recommend using a Wool-blend felt. It is durable and comes in a variety of beautiful colors. Craft felt will work but tends to pill quickly. 100% wool can be difficult to turn and very thick.

★Q: Where should I get my felt?
♥A: Most craft stores and fabric stores carry acrylic/recyled/craft felt. Wool felt is available at most fabric stores. We generally purchase my felt from Michael's, JoAnn's and Hancock Fabrics. You can also try shopping for your felt online. We like Sweet Stuff By Jen.

★Q: When will this pattern be up for sale again?
♥A: We relist patterns as quickly as possible. Just wait a bit and it will be added again soon. The exception to this being that patterns sold on Sunday will not be relisted until Monday.

★Q: May I sell the items I make from the patterns?
♥A: No. My copyright is for personal use only and does not allow others to sell items made from the patterns. Patterns also may not be shared, redistributed or resold. Please refer to the copyright information in my shop policies section.

★Q: My computer crashed. Will you resend the patterns?
♥A: I will resend your patterns if they were purchased within the last 30 days. That is plenty of time to save a hardcopy of the pattern in a secure location should something like this happen. Too much time was being spent double filling orders from years past. Please, please remember to back up your computer files.
