Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! Our custom orders often become some of our favorite designs. Check out our "Custom Banner Design Consultation" to get started with your creation!
Pro Tip: If your design is one we later decide to list for good, you'll receive a $5 off coupon to use in the future!
How large are your banners?
The large circles used in our banners measure 5.25 inches, and the smaller circles measure 4.5 inches. The ribbon length can vary based on the "phrase" ordered. On average, our ribbons measure 6 feet long! Want longer to accommodate a larger space? No problem! Leave a note to seller and we are happy to do so.
My party isn't for a while but I ordered my banner a while ago...where is it?
Our production schedule operates based on our customers' "need by" dates, and we typically ship out 2 weeks prior to that date. Etsy makes it tough sometimes because they dictate what the shipping SHOULD be based on the customer's purchase date. Because we turn out our orders on a different schedule, it can be misleading. We do try to give our customers a heads up by including this info in our shop announcements, as well as in the purchase confirmation email.
Whoops! I ordered my banner already but decided I would like to have the age or name included. What should I do?
No problem! Adding an age or name is the perfect touch of "custom" to include in your party decor...it's not every day you get to throw a party! Check out with our "Add an Age" or "Add a Name" listings to make your banner absolutely perfect!
I really love the images on the ends of the banners, and would like my banner to have even more! How can I do that?
Yay! We LOVE our endcaps and are so glad you do too! Just check out with our "Add an Endcap" listing and we'll make sure your banner has the additional graphics you're wanting.
Uh oh, I think there's a problem with my banner...what should I do?
Whoops! No one likes to admit it but accidents happen. Shoot us a message within one week of your banner being delivered, and we are happy to make any and all corrections, free of charge. The sooner any mistake is caught, the sooner we can get a replacement out to you on time for your event.
My party is in less than two weeks and I forgot to order a banner...do you accept rush orders?
Life gets crazy and ordering party decor is last on your list...we get it! We do accept rush orders, for an additional fee. This additional cost will upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail and bump you up in our production schedule! Check out our "Short Notice Order Fee" to give your package that added boost.
*Please note: We cannot guarantee any rush order delivery dates. We will always hustle to get your order out the door but with USPS experiencing widespread delays, your package's progress is out of our hands once it's mailed.
