Bunny's Trunk Show loves vintage!

Lisa & Tanya are sisters who have a passion for all things vintage. We love to hunt and collect all kinds and styles of vintage jewelry and accessories. It is like finding a gem that holds a small piece of the past. We currently find most of our pieces at estates in Chicago and Phoenix. Some day we hope to take our shopping trips abroad.

Your questions will be answered promptly, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and we will do everything possible to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.

All Sales are Final. Vintage items are used and will typically have some level of wear. Please use the zoom function for more detailed views of all photos posted in the listing as they are considered part of the description. If you need additional photos, please contact us; we will be happy to provide them for you. We are not experts or jewelers. We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible. We are continuously learning and discovering new pieces and therefore an occasional mistake may be possible. If an item has been misrepresented, we would be happy to refund the purchase price. We handle returns and refunds on a case by case basis.

Returns / refunds are only considered within THREE (3) days of an order arriving. (Please note for EU customers refunds are considered within FOURTEEN (14) days.) The item(s) must be shipped back within FIVE (5) days upon an agreed return.

Returns must be sent via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation for tracking (paid by the customer- depending on the situation). Please email the tracking number upon shipping your return to us. Any items lost or damaged in the return shipping process that were not sent with delivery confirmation and/or insured will not be eligible for refunds.

Item must be received in the same condition it was shipped to qualify for a full refund. Refund for item will be given after item passes inspection. Refunds will be made via either PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout only.

If the item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately.

** Insurance Claims **

 If your item was damaged during the shipping process and was insured, we must be notified within 24 HOURS from when it was received and will request proof of damage via photos for insurance purposes. We will also request that you complete an affidavit (online) for the insurance company to process the claim.
Payment online is currently PayPal, Etsy Direct Check Out and Etsy Gift Cards.
Most of our items shipped within the United States are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Our Domestic shipping rate is $7.15. Packages should arrive in 2-3 business days. This is the most economical method of shipping and includes domestic tracking and includes $100 insurance. If you would like additional insurance, please contact us. Please note that some larger items will ship via USPS Parcel Post for more information, please see individual listings or convo us.

We ship packages Internationally via USPS First-Class Mail® International Parcel unless noted. International packages should arrive in 7-14 business days, but can take longer depending on the country. This is the most economical method of shipping and has tracking to Canada, but currently no other country and insurance would be an additional fee. For Spain and Italy, the shipping rate is $33.95* and the package is shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance or First Class Registered Mail. (*Please note that some larger items will ship via USPS Parcel Post for more, see individual listings for details.) I am sorry, but we cannot ship jewelry to Russia; Jewelry is a prohibited item.

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery. For goods shipped to the EU and over the value of US$20 the following fees apply: 20% VAT calculated on the total value (defined as the purchase price plus cost of insurance plus cost of shipping); and an additional flat fee ranging between US$12-20 depending on the courier.

We apologize but if your package is damaged or lost we will not be able to issue a refund unless your package was insured. Please convo us before your purchase if you would like to add insurance.

Additional policies and FAQs
As noted in the jewelry descriptions . . .
Mint: New.
Excellent: Minor use, but no repairs and no major wear.
Good: Used with moderate wear. May have repairs done properly (including stone replacement with good matches).
Fair: Heavy wear but still looks good. It’s possible that there may be some stone discoloration and may need stone replacements/minor repairs.
Poor: Unlimited possibilities. Good for parts or stones.

Please keep in mind that vintage/antique jewelry is pre-owned and rarely out of the box perfect. One should expect some age appropriate wear. Of course we will make note of anything we see that might be an issue, such as excessive wear, missing or turned stones, or repairs that need to be made. Please feel free to email us if you have inquiries about an item. Also, the colors in the pictures may slightly differ from the original because of the lighting and/or your computer monitor settings.
This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
