Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me as soon as possible and we will resolve any problem.

Payment

We currently accept only PayPal. Please note that you don't need a PayPal account in order to pay via credit card.

if payment isn't received within four days and we haven't been able to reach the buyer via Etsy convo or email, the order will be canceled.

Shipping

All products in the store are made to order. Terms of manufacturing in the product description. We will let you know when your package is on the way.

We use the etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct

Standard international shipping takes up to 20 business days.

Any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
