If you mistreat your miniature artwork, I will not replace it. However, If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item upon arrival, I will be happy exchange it for you. Send me a message and I'll need to receive your item back within 7 days of your receipt. Exchanges only - sorry, no refunds.

Please send your items back to me unused and in the original packaging via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx), as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the return back to me. Shipping charges are not refundable.

I always ship in order of Payments received, so your payment puts you in the que of orders to be shipped.

Once you commit to buy an item, you must do one of the following within 48 hours in order to hold your items, otherwise I will cancel your order, relist the item and file the nonpayment with Etsy:
- Pay instantly via Paypal or credit card
- Choose an alternate form of payment (available on many items)
- Send me a message to let me know about your delay in payment

Jewelry and ornaments that are small enough will ship in black shiney gift boxes, placed into bubble mailers. Larger items may be shipped flat in a bubble mailer or in corrugated cardboard boxes. The blood chokers and bracelets are shipped in 5x4x2 inch boxes, that cost a touch more for shipping. I reuse and recycle where possible.

I always ship first class in the US. Please refer to the item descriptions for shipping prices. Most items are already made and will ship in 1-3 business days. A few items are made to order or require a little more lead time. I will always mention longer lead times in the item description.

I always ship to the address that accompanies your Paypal payment unless I am told otherwise. If your Etsy address is different from your Paypal address chances are I wont even catch it, so please clarify to which address your item should be shipped.

If you would like insurance or expedited postal service I now offer that as well, for purchase in my shop, please send me a message if there is something else you need.

All of my work is hand made with great care from various materials, but mostly polymer clays. I try not to use pre-fabricated parts, other than base findings. I use my own, hand made beads, stamps, cutouts, molds, textures and artwork as much as possible so that each piece is truly original. From time to time I do sell my homemade beads and whatnots as well.

I work very hard to design new & creative pieces; please don't borrow them for your own gain. Thank you!

I take great care to not make finger prints in my clay and to uphold the integrity of the material so that my items are well made and durable enough to wear. The clay, once cured, is slightly flexible and is water resistant. Please do not test the limits of flexibility of your items, they will snap under too much pressure. Please do not swim or shower with the jewelry.

I use strong adhesives to attach the cured clay to the metal findings. I have tried many different kinds and brands and have found the top runners, and these are what I use. They are definitely strong enough. However, if the glue does not set properly or if the item is abused, the glue may give. This is easily fixable, so if it does happen, just let me know and I will give you some fix-up glue suggestions.
