My order arrived very quickly. I love the little card it came on. It's so cute. All interactions with the seller were prompt and gracious. I commute to work most days on my bike, and this has been a great addition to my gear cache. It is really well made and such an effective solution. Absolutely no flashing. I wear it with the clasp towards the inside front of my thigh. Works like a charm. I would say, you should think about how short your skirts are when measuring your thigh. My skirts tend to be just above the knee, and I measured pretty high up on my thigh, so now I have a little sassy hike up in my skirt, but if that isn't what you are looking for, then measure a little lower for longer skirts, higher for shorter.
