Necklaces: All of our necklaces are made 18” in length, unless you specify otherwise -- please specify at checkout if you would like a different length (up to 20”) that length adjusted, and we’d be happy to customize this for you (free of charge)!

Bracelets: All of our bracelets are made 6.5” in length (with a 1” extender chain) -- please specify at checkout if you would like that length adjusted, and we’d be happy to customize this for you (free of charge)!

Sizing for children/babies: Please message us for sizing recommendations based upon your child’s age and size.

All of our jewelry comes gift-wrapped and personalized with a note of your choice to help you give the perfect gift. Leave us a note at checkout which notes you would like to include with your boxes, as well as any names for gift tags, and we’ll be sure to personalize your order for you!

If you buy goods from outside the EU for delivery to the UK, you may have to pay Customs Duty (if over £120 value) and a 20% Import VAT (if over £18) on top of the purchase price (including duties), though Customs Duty is waived if the amount of the calculated duty payable is £7 or less. Please note there is also an £8 Parcel Force Fee for collecting the Import VAT. BurntHoney will not reimburse you for these charges.

If you’re ordering goods from outside the EU, Customs Duty and any Import VAT must be paid by the recipient once the goods have arrived but before the goods are delivered. In addition, there may also be a £8 handling fee to pay to the carrier.

Shipping to Canada takes anywhere from 6 to 14 business days. Also, please be aware that all orders shipped to Canada are subject to customs duties or fees that we are not responsible for. All of our chains, findings, and charms are made with gold, rose gold or silver plated over brass materials and finished with a special anti-tarnish coating. Anything plated will eventually turn or fade with time and wear.
Metals in plated jewelry can also react with the acidity of your skin if worn daily, especially if there is heat, humidity, or sweating.

To clean: Please remove your jewelry before bathing and sleeping and never spray perfume on your jewelry. Gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean after wearing it with a jewelry polishing cloth to remove makeup and skin oils (never use abrasive chemicals or alcohol-based products to clean your jewelry). Store like jewelry items together in a clean, dry environment.
