After over a month of feedback from many customers, I have adjusted my sizing (as of 5/1/2020) and descriptions to hopefully more accurately reflect how they fit. I have added a larger size (the NEW XL) for the biggest guys and men with facial fair. PLEASE remember that these are only guidelines, not guarantees. Everyone’s face is different!!

NOTE SHIPPING LEAD TIMES - Many items in my shop are custom made with personalization, so they require more time to make. Each listing has an associated lead time which can be seen in the shipping tab. Lead times for TOTES are normally 1-2 WEEKS (that is from the time of order to the time of SHIPMENT). Lead times may be longer during heavier order periods, but I will typically post a notice on my site if that is the case. If you need the your tote quicker, please message me and I will let you know what my current lead time is. I also offer EXPEDITED order processing and shipping.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase -- please contact me about refunds and exchanges. No refunds will be given on personalized items, including tote bags, unless an error was made on our end. In the case of an error by us, we will certainly replace your item!

Refunds will be issued for the product price, excluding shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment
I prefer Paypal or direct checkout through Etsy by credit card but also allow payment by personal check. I will ship immediately upon receipt of paypal payment or within 2 business days of receipt of personal check.
Shipping
While I can offer specific shipping lead times (the time from the order date to the shipment date) I cannot make any guarantees for the delivery performance of the USPS or any other carrier. Please make sure you are familiar with their delivery timeframes & policies before ordering. Once the item is out of my hands (delivered to USPS) I am not responsible for shipping and/or delivery progress. Items can be tracked on the USPS website or through Etsy with the provided tracking number.
