All domestic orders need to be placed by December 8th to guarantee delivery by Christmas. While orders placed after this date MIGHT be delivered in time for Christmas, there are no guarantees after this date.
I have no set date for international orders due to the USPS working in overdrive, COVID, and customs, but they need to be placed as early as possible!!

Returns and exchange details
I do not offer refunds unless items arrive broken or an incorrect item has been received.
Exchanges are offered if buyer agrees to pay to ship the old item and the new item.
Shipping overages will be refunded to the buyer.
Payment
Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.
Once items have been made and/or shipped, cancellations of orders can not be made.
Shipping
I ship items via USPS First Class Mail which comes with a tracking number. Most items take 1-2 weeks to ship. Custom orders and items that are not yet designed could possibly take up to 3 weeks to get shipped. Once an item is shipped, you will get an e-mail stating that your order has been shipped with your tracking number. After an item has been marked as shipped, it takes an additional 3-5 days for all domestic orders to be delivered and 2-5 weeks for all international orders to be delivered.
If you have any questions regarding shipping times, rush shipping, or shipping prices, please feel free to ask.
All items are shipped wrapped in bubble wrap. Items are then placed in a packaging envelope lined with bubble wrap or carefully packaged in a cardboard box.
I can ship internationally on most items. All international buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs
I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.
