Thank you for stopping by and browsing through my Busy Hands Boutique shop.
Paypal and Direct Checkout through Etsy are the only preferred methods of payment.
Payment is required when order is placed.
All items will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise noted. During September through December your order may take up to two weeks to complete. If you need your order sooner than stated please convo me before purchasing.
If there is ever an issue, I will always notify you with any details and time frames through the email provided on your order. All orders are sent via US Postal Service first class mail in a bubble envelope. If you have any shipping questions or want to upgrade your shipping, please contact me before ordering.
The cost of shipping covers postage and shipping materials.
International shipping can take as long as 2 to 6 weeks to arrive or longer when approaching Christmas time. Buyers are responsible for any insurance and customs charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible. I want you to love your items and will do everything I can to rectify the problem.
Unfortunately, I cannot refund shipping and handling fees, nor can I be held responsible for any damage to the items you purchase while in transit, or the loss of any items in the postal system.
Unused items can be returned for an exchange or refund minus the shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your order (you pay all the return shipping costs). If you do need to make a refund or exchange please contact me with the details and I will let you know how to proceed.
