If you have an issue with your order please send me a message before leaving feedback. Most problems can be solved but only if I know about them.

****Our current processing time is 6 business days. Please be aware that turnaround time is 6 BUSINESS days. That does not include holidays and weekends. Please purchase the rush listing if you need your item sooner.


Refunds and cancelled orders: I do allow for orders to be cancelled. However, all cancelled orders will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee. This covers my time for having to stop and process the refund. Orders may not be cancelled after 5 days as it is likely that your item is already being worked on.
When an order is cancelled after the item has shipped you will receive a refund for the purchase price only. Refunds will not be given for shipping once the item has already shipped.

Please note: I do my very best to ship all items by the 6th business day. If there is a delay in your item getting to you it is because of a delay within the USPS. If there is a question about your order please feel free to message me. On a case by case basis I do replace items if the tracking shows that it hasn't been delivered. However, since this is money out of my own pocket (to replace and reship the items, not to mention the time it takes to make the item) I do require there be 30 days with no tracking info per USPS before I replace them. I do allow for the items to be re purchased and if the first package is not delivered within 30 days of last tracking I will refund the purchase price of the second purchase. When the first package arrives you may simply mark RETURN TO SENDER on it and send it back to me, at which time, I will refund the purchase price of the second package. This rarely happens but I do feel the need to address this in my policies in the event that it does happen. If you have any questions please feel free to message me:)

Please note: Buttercup's is NOT responsible for packages once they show they have been delivered by the USPS. If your package shows USPS delivered it you will need to take your tracking number to the post office. They should be able to help you. Buttercup's will not replace items once they show by tracking that they have been delivered by USPS.
