****The buttons you see listed in my shop are buttons which will be made for you at the time of purchase. This allows for ease in customizing your orders. No buttons have been premade. Please allow a little extra time when placing your order.***

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept Paypal as payment. If you have the need to use another form of payment such as a check or money order, please email me and we can work something out. Payment is due at the time you place your order; custom orders or purchases of listed items. If you have special circumstances, please email me here.

We all know that life happens, so if something comes up, please let me know as soon as possible. Staying in touch is the only way to prevent misunderstandings and to work things out.

Non-payment after 3 days, unless other arrangements have been made, will result in a cancelled order. I will contact etsy support and let them know that I need to cancel an order and the transaction will be erased.
Shipping
US packages are shipped first class mail. Larger, heavier orders may require priority mail.

Overseas packages are shipped international air, first class. International shipping requires that I am at the post office during their business hours and I am only able to do this on Saturday mornings. This means I ship overseas packages once a week. I apologize for this inconvenience. Please remember I make the buttons as they are ordered so if you need a package mailed overseas, please place your order early in the week!

I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages unless you request to purchase insurance and tracking. You are responsible for any custom fees.

Please make sure your paypal shipping information is updated because that is the address I will use in accordance with the etsy policy on shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your order please let me know immediately (within 48 hours) by email. With the exception of custom orders, you will be given a full refund once I have received the order back in its original condition. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please email me right away, I can't stress this enough, especially if you are unhappy with your order for any reason. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
Additional policies and FAQs
I work very hard to provide you with excellent customer service and an excellent product. There are times when things just don't work out and I understand that. You are very important to me and I will do everything I can to make your buying experience as pleasant as possible.
