Your satisfaction is my guarantee. You may return any item you are not happy with within 7 days. It must be in the same condition it arrived in and you will be responsible for shipping and insurance.

Payment

I prefer Paypal because it is simple, fast and my buyers can feel secure with their personal information. I will accept checks, but will delay shipping until the check has cleared (usually a week).

Shipping

The least favorite part of selling my items on line is figuring the shipping! I do not charge a handling fee even though, sometimes it is tempting. I want to keep your costs as economical as possible. I try to ship within a day of payment unless I am making a special order, then as soon as it is completed - usually no more than a week. If the final shipping cost is less than I am quoting, I will refund the day I ship - either by enclosing the difference in your package or refunding it by Paypal. Your item will be wrapped and/or bagged and padded, if necessary to assure its arrival in perfect condition. Insurance is available upon request. Some items, I will insure on my own. My goal is to get your item to you safely, economically and quickly. If you have a special request as to type of shipping or a special deadline, just let me know.
