All items are handmade with high-quality, ulta soft materials in a clean, smoke-free studio.
Butterfly Baby accepts PayPal, Etsy gift cards, and direct payments through any major credit card. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless done so within the first 24 hours. After that time, supplies have already been ordered, fabric has been cut, and time has been spent on creating your items. Thank you for understanding.
Butterfly Baby now ships WORLDWIDE. All orders, both domestic and international, ship via USPS First Class Parcel unless a shipping upgrade is purchased. Standard shipping does not include insurance. If you wish to purchase insurance for your order, please upgrade to Priority shipping or contact me to purchase individually. Once a package leaves my hands, I cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, unless shipping insurance is purchased in advance.
Due to variation/inconsistencies, international shipping timelines cannot be estimated unless you purchased upgraded shipping. Priority International shipping can be purchased for an additional cost; please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
I strive to make each item as lovely and perfect as I can while maintaining the consistency shown in my images. My apparel is made by hand in the United States, not in a factory. Due to the handmade nature of my apparel, each item is unique, and minor differences may occur. Additionally, I am human and, unfortunately, subject to human error. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order or a mistake has been made, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. I would love to help make it right! Orders may be eligible for size exchanges, partial refunds, or full refunds based on my discretion. Custom orders are not eligible for return/refund.
If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me BEFORE placing an order, or your order will be subject to my normal turn-around schedule. Orders are not guaranteed to arrive by a certain date unless you confirm it with me first. Orders cannot be returned/refunded due to missing an event date if you don't contact me prior to placing an order. I am more than willing to accommodate deadlines! Just drop me a line, and I will be happy to help!
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am a full-time grad student, mommy, and wife in addition to being the sole owner/operator/designer of this shop. This makes for a very packed schedule! Occasionally, I may put my shop in vacation mode to help keep order volume down. This ensures that I have enough time to devote to the creation of every single order. If you need to place an order, please do so as soon as possible to avoid a blackout.
**CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION**
I LOVE custom orders! Please let me know what you're looking for and I will work with you to make your very own custom set! Please be very detailed in explaining what you're looking for and be sure to include the date you need it by.
Custom orders are designed exclusively for you and your little one. It takes a lot of extra love and care to design a custom set. Communication is key! The quicker your responses, the quicker your set is constructed! It can take up to 3 weeks for the completion of a custom order, but is subject to longer turn-around depending on the speed of your replies.
Custom designs may be replicated and resold by Butterfly Baby at any time.
Please note, I only take on a certain amount of custom orders each month. This ensures that every custom order receives the extra love and attention it requires.
