First and foremost Jessica was extremely accommodating with slightly tweaking the item as listed. Further, I provided only my general goal and size. She checked in with a pic to be sure she had right idea and she nailed it!!! I couldn't be more happy with end result! I'm always little worried about durability because it's for medical ID bracelet that's on 24/7 and I am NOT dainty and I AM a klutz. It has held up amazingly so far! Thru showers, restless sleeping, cleaning even house repairs. And to boot it came so beautifully and caringly packaged. I almost didn't want to open it! I will definitely be a return customer!
