What if my goods ordered are damaged?
Damaged Items
All care is taken when items are packaged, so they should arrive in perfect condition. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact me with clear photos of the damage. As some items are one offs they may not be able to be reproduced. You will then have the option to choose another product at same value or a refund.
All feed back is appreciated to help me improve my business. I value positive feedback from my customers, it tells me the item has arrived and that you were happy with it.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact me and we'll find a solution!
The colour is not the same?
All monitors are different and display colours differently. Colours can look darker or lighter than the original, these veriations happen between camera to computer and computer to printer.
Packaging and Postage
I love everything I make so of course the greatest of care will be taken in getting your goods to you.
Cards FREE Postage
I have combined cost of postage/handling with the price of the card. If you order more than one card in the one order(same day) I will post all items together.
All items will be sent with great care to the view of them arriving to you intact.
Other Items
All other items in my store (Eventually) will be packaged with care either in padded bags or in satchels and postage charges will apply
Do you post Overseas?
No. I'm sorry at the moment I don't. I'm just staying with in the Australian Market.

One day I might, there is no reason you couldn't ask me if there was something you really had to have...it's FREE to ask the Question
