Returns and exchange details
For custom orders, please make sure you send us accurate measurements. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for incorrect fit. Any damage due to construction flaws will be repaired for free if reported to the shop within the first 30 days of receipt. Buyer will be responsible for shipment back to us; we will pay shipping back to buyer.
We will provide refunds for in-stock items if the order is canceled before shipping labels are created. Incomplete custom orders may be partially refunded depending upon level of completion. Completed custom orders will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Payment
Those wishing to arrange payment plans must message the shop and have a valid PayPal account through which to make payments. Payment plans on all in-stock products will be assessed a 10% payment plan fee, not to be less than $10 USD. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required up front to reserve the product. Butterscotch Biscuit will set payment schedule and deadlines. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in forfeiture of product's reserved status and the product being relisted on all platforms deemed appropriate by Butterscotch Biscuit. If client is subsequently able to complete agreed upon delinquent payments before product is sold to another party, item will be shipped to original client.
