Due to the way in which some people utilize fursuit parts, we consider all wearable items to be intimate, and we have no way to verify how/if they have been used when returned. As such, we will not accept returns for any fursuits or fursuit parts (mask, bodysuit, gloves, tails, shoes, etc.) if the box has been opened. Please make sure that you check all measurements on in-stock wearable items and ensure they will fit the intended recipient and that you understand how to wear them. Please don't hesitate to ask if you're unsure!

For custom orders, please make sure you send us accurate measurements and clear references/descriptions. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for incorrect fit or inaccuracies due to poor references. Any damage due to construction flaws will be repaired for free if reported to the shop within the first 30 days of receipt. Buyer will be responsible for shipment back to us; we will pay shipping back to buyer.

We will provide refunds for in-stock items if the order is canceled before shipping labels are created. Incomplete custom orders may be partially refunded depending upon level of completion. Completed custom orders will not be refunded under any circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: We will report the true value of what we send, and we cannot keep track of or report to you when something enters customs in your country. It is your responsibility to check your tracking and your local customs office for when something arrives. If something is returned to us unclaimed, you may either a) pay to have it sent to you again at your expense, or b) receive a 50% refund of ONLY the purchase price IF the item is undamaged.

Payment for all products must be made in full at time of purchase. Products will not be shipped on "payment pending" orders until the payment has cleared.

We do not accept payment plans or trades.

We will ship in-stock products within the listed time frame (M-F, excluding US Federal Holidays). All domestic shipments worth over $250 will be shipped via USPS with signature confirmation unless otherwise requested. If you do not want signature confirmation, please let us know in your order note or IMMEDIATELY after you order so we can leave it off. We will NOT be liable for lost or stolen shipments if you opt out of signature confirmation or request a different postal carrier.
