They were so kind and understanding, sent it right back to me after it had been returned to the sender and even gave me a free bottle of delicious smelling hand sanitizer ❤️ I love this shop so so much. Their product is absolutely amazing and they are so kind.

If your package has not arrived within 20 days (within the USA) of shipping please contact us and we will do our very best to solve the issue, 6 weeks Internationally. If your package arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible.
*Once an order is placed you cannot cancel so please make sure you are 100% sure before proceeding to checkout.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Please keep track of your package, at times your local post office may hold packages due to various reasons. If they do please contact them immediately. We are NOT responsible for unclaimed packages, returned to us. If packages are returned to us, you are responsible for paying reshipping fees we will NOT provide refunds/returns. We are NOT responsible for any extra fees or taxes your country charges on your package upon arrival. Packages may sometimes be opened and inspected by customs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but delays of this nature are out of our control. If packages are returned to us, US Customs may take up to 90 days before releasing it.

Please note that all packages are shipped in 2-6 business days, unless indicated otherwise on our main shop announcement. During sales and promotions processing time may increase due to the high number of orders. Each item is freshly handmade to order. WE are a small shop and make each product ordered freshly by hand so our processing time might take up to 7 business days during the holidays.
USPS "EXPECTED DELIVERY DATES"
All orders are shipped through the USPS through First Class and Priority Mail and may at times take up to 20 days (normally 2-7 days) for delivery within the USA and 6 weeks Internationally. Please note that the "Expected Delivery Date" stated by the USPS is not accurate. We try our best to send each package out in a timely manner, but unfortunately cannot control the speed of delivery once they have been shipped through the USPS. Orders placed with Priority does not make processing time faster.
LOSSES AND DAMAGES
If your package has not arrived within 20 days (within the USA) of shipping please contact us and we will do our very best to solve the issue, 6 weeks Internationally. If your package arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible.
When placing an order please verify your shipping address. We are not responsible for undeliverable mail returned to us.

We, at Butter Toki, always put our customers needs first! However, please note that we have no control over the USPS, but will always do our very best to work with our customers as they are very important to us and don't want the USPS to affect our customers relationship with Butter Toki.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide, but please note that we are not responsible for any tax fees or documentation required by your country, please always check with your country's shipping policies to make sure your package will not be detained. Your country may contact you if any taxes or fees need to be paid. Please track your package, your local mail may hold packages if taxes or fees have to be paid. We will not refund packages that are rejected by customer as we do not accept returns. Packages may sometimes be opened and inspected by customs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but delays of this nature are out of our control. If packages are returned to us, US Customs may take up to 90 days before releasing it.
There are no harmful or flammable items in any of our bath and body products.
