I have been an artist for over 40 years now, and spend a great deal of my time painting in my studio. It’s a cozy studio loft with my work everywhere. During the day it gets very sunny from all directions and different works change on my easel throughout the day. Spending my time in Kennebunk is special because of what it offers for me. I’m three miles from the beaches which serve me well for morning walks or some afternoon fresh air and inspiration. Many times I visit the galleries nearby to see new works from other artist.
For six years now I have had my studio up here in Maine. Originally I spent all my time in Concord, MA. Concord is my home town where I spent many years as a decorative artist, painter and design consultant. I was also involved in restoration work that took me down the path of different trade skills. Art has always played a part of my life since the age of 15 years old. I still live in Concord but find myself in Maine most of time painting off the easel creating some new works in oil.
