I hope that when you receive one of my boxes, it will make you smile. That being said, should you be unhappy for whatever reason i.e. your shipment hasn't arrived, please convo me in the first instance, otherwise I will have no idea that your goods have not been received. I strive to have open communication and believe that every problem can be worked out.

Refunds and Exchanges
I take pride in my work and want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase...If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase and I will gladly refund you the purchase price - minus all shipping fees, or work to an agreeable resolution...
Item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition it was sent to you...Once I receive the item I will issue your refund including delivery fees.
