Q: How long will my order take?
A: Typically orders take 4 business days or less – usually less - in order to ship. Shipping within the US takes an additional 2 to 3 days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, I do! Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Q: How long does an International order take to arrive?
A: Typically international orders take 2 weeks in order to arrive. However, it is not uncommon for it to take longer. On rare occasions it can take up to 8 weeks.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: I ship using the United States Postal Service. Most orders ship First Class Mail. I can ship Priority Mail for an additional cost. Typically Priority Mail is $7.00 within the US and $17.50 outside of the US. Please contact me for more info.

Q: I haven’t received my package, what do I do?
A: Packages can get lost. Although I state in my Policies that I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, I always try to work with my customers. No one likes to pay for something they don’t receive. If in the US, please allow up to 1 week after the order has shipped for your package to arrive. If you are outside of the US, please allow up to 8 weeks.

Q: I am not happy with my order, what do I do?
A: I try very hard to make sure all of my customers are happy with their orders. If you have a problem or you are not satisfied for some reason, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the problem. I always appreciate a customer contacting me first, before leaving an unkind review.

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Yes, I do. However, right now I do not offer custom artwork. There are many wonderful etsy sellers who offer digital images, and will often do custom designs, for only a few dollars. If you have your own designs, I am happy to make buttons for you. I consider the images yours and would never reuse those images, so there are no issues with copyright!

Q: I need my order by a specific date, can you help?
A: Usually the answer is yes. However, if you need your order by a specific date and it is not within the typical shipping time frame (see question #1) please send me an email first! I try very hard to accommodate my customers, but sometimes I just can’t make it work. If you need the order by a specific date and the date falls after the typically shipping time frame (see question #1) it should be no problem, but a note in the “message to seller” box letting me know the date is so very helpful and appreciated!

Q: I want to order multiple sets of pocket mirrors, but shipping seems high. Can you help?
A: Yes! If you order multiple sets of pocket mirrors and you are overcharged for shipping, I happily refund you the difference. Typically, multiple sets of pocket mirrors can fit into a Flat Rate Priority Envelope, which is $7.00 within the US and $17.50 outside the US.

Q: Do you offer discounts on large orders?
A: I try very hard to keep my prices competitive and as low as possible. I do not offer discounts for multiple sets of buttons, unless you are ordering wholesale. However, if you follow me on Facebook or Twitter you will be updated when regarding sales or special discounts.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Yes! However, I require a minimum order of 1000 buttons. If you would like more information, please contact me directly.
