We consider ourselves a perfectly imperfect shop that specializes in creating hand crafted vessels to carry your heirlooms thru generations. As well as hand painted art pieces that can bring you or your loved ones joy.
We create customized, unique, one of a kind boxes and art. We have looked at what the masses offer, and created something NEW. Like our sliding and removable valet boxes to SET US APART from the watch box crowd who offer drawers. Or like our 3D mountain layered art pieces as a choice other then the gorgeous mosaics.
If you see another shop here on etsy OR another “website” using MY PHOTOS of MY mountain pieces with ME in them - for far cheaper - it is a SCAM. Please do not purchase from them and expect my work. They have been reported for copy-write Infringement. Everything in their shop they have stolen from other sellers. Buyers beware! I only sell here on Etsy and my personal website buttonsandpearl.com
Our valet box designs are 100% unique as they are our own ORIGINAL design. No two are alike, given that every piece of wood has its own story to tell. I know each and every set of hands that touch my American Hardwood line, and I’m proud of it! Each order is completed whole heartedly with love. I will NOT be adding drawers to my boxes, at any time. Their are plenty of these concepts out there, and I am keeping my concepts unique, and one of a kind.

THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS ARE FOR RUSH ORDERS WHICH WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE COMPLETED TIME PURCHASED.
As of 2021 - any domestic package under 2 lbs will be shipped via USPS parcel, usps priority or / and any domestic package over 4 lbs will be shipped via UPS GROUND. If you prefer a different or quicker service you are responsible for the shipping costs, and I am happy to get you quotes.
NEED TO KNOW ****When you order a box that comes HIGHLY CUSTOMIZED, it means I will likely need to reach out to you with clarifications, mock ups for engravings, or send you a sneak peek of your purchase.
IF I don't hear back from you within 48 hours, I will proceed, as I always have a long list of orders, and if a customer doesn't reply, it messes up production.
I send a sneak peek of your product. IF you have any changes to the color or pillow etc. THIS MUST BE SAID in the 12-24 grace period prior to shipping. Once shipped, if you have a change you are then responsible for shipping to and from me, along with the cost of time and materials.****
Any custom ART piece - no coupons codes or sales prices are accepted. Custom work requires full price fees.
YES!!! I SHIP WORLDWIDE :) Extra fees, taxes, or duties are responsible on the importers side for any international customer. If your country is charging a tax, you the resident of said country is responsible for the payment of this tax.

You will get: a transparent service, super receptive to messages and Paige will guide you through the buying process while giving you advice and support throughout. Not to mention, the products are absolutely beautiful! I had a pinched timescale (here in the UK) and a bespoke request, all of which were met perfectly! 10/10

5 out of 5 starsNot sure where to start really, but I’ll give it a go. Firstly, Paige is amazing. She holds your hand throughout the process, happy to advise and also give recommendations. I had a short timescale for the product to arrive in the UK and it arrived well ahead of schedule. The work is beautiful, the wood is superb quality and there isn’t a thing I would change. Cannot fault the experience and I will definitely be buying again in the future. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thanks Paige!
