Happy with the product... Long awaited (nearly 1 mnth) but they are absolutely beautiful!!!! Service was good at first...but as I am in Canada couldn't track my package.. I would definately reccomend a trackable service for International shipping. But overall my buttons make up for it! Can't wait to use them!

I have recently been laid off from my full-time job and am doing odd jobs trying to make ends meet until I can find another position. Because I love working with my hands I feel I have a lot to offer to etsy buyers.

Currently I accept only pay pal payments and nothing else. I would kindly ask that you pay for items you purchase from me within three days of the sale. After five days I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item. I am required to charge taxes for any resident in North Carolina. Sorry about that.
Packages under 13 ounces will be mailed via the postal services First Class service. Heavier packages will be mailed using Priority mail. If you are from another country please contact me for a shipping quote. I do not want to make a profit on shipping, but do not want to lose money either. Shipping internationally is something new to me.
Refunds and Exchanges
If I have not accurately described an item and you wish to return it that is okay. If your pattern calls for 1/2 inch buttons and you order 1 1/4 inch buttons, that is not a real good reason to return them. But if you are willing to pay the return shipping, and accept a credit and not a refund, I would even take these back.
Additional policies and FAQs
All the buttons I make are from fallen tree branches. A branch is large at one end and progressively smaller towards the other end. No two branches will have the same exact color wood or grain. Similar perhaps, but not identical. So if you see a set of buttons you really like you need to buy them. If someone else gets them first I cannot make more. They are all one of a kind no matter how small the differences.
