I ordered 5 of these and one of them was missing the button. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the petals. I ordered them for the spring and the material of the flower was more of a wintery material. I ordered a white and received a creme. Also, the buttons on the flower were not nearly as nice as those shown in the picture.

All Cute as a Button Design products are hand made in Ashland, Oregon. Our designs range from whimsical children's accessories to sophisticated creations meant for adults.

The founders of Cute as a Button Design work out of their homes. We are mothers of daughters and strive to make affordable and fabulous products.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, we will happily facilitate an exchange for you. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and the items must be returned promptly in new condition. We do not offer refunds.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and verified bank transfers through PayPal.

Shipping

Our products are generally shipped via USPS mail, unless you specify otherwise. We will ship your item(s) in the smallest, least expensive box that will accommodate your order and we strive to use clean, recycled materials whenever possible. We will not add a handling fee onto your order. We are happy to gift wrap any item(s) and send directly to the gift recipient with a personal message from you included on one of our gift tags.

If you would like us to ship outside of the United States, please convo us for a quote. We will only charge for actual shipping costs.
