We believe that re-purposing discarded things is not only fun and creative, it's an important step in reducing our impact on the earth. Buying pre-owned items is so much more meaningful and special than buying new; in some cases you are purchasing a piece of history and giving it new life!

We accept Paypal. All payments must be received within 5 days of sale. If we have not had any communication from you within 5 days, the sale will automatically be canceled and the item will be re-listed. If you wish to purchase an item outside of Paypal, please contact us and we'll work something out.
Domestic: Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (delivers within 2 days in most cases). We use Flat Rate or Priority boxes whenever possible because they take the guesswork out of shipping prices and account for the time, resources, and materials spent shipping an item. If an item, is too large or too expensive to ship Priority, it will ship Parcel Post.

We automatically include Tracking through USPS (only available in the U.S.) We will email you your tracking number as soon as the item has shipped so you can monitor your item’s progress! We are not responsible for the item after we ship it; we highly recommend purchasing insurance on valuable items.

Shipping insurance can be added to any domestic order (U.S. ONLY) for an additional cost. If you choose not to insure your package, we are not responsible for loss or damage.

International Buyers: Items able to be shipped in small packages weighing 4 lbs or less will be shipped USPS First Class International. This does not include any tracking or insurance to cover loss or damage, and typically takes up to 3 weeks to reach the destination. Items unable to be shipped this way will automatically be shipped USPS Priority Mail International.

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please read our item descriptions and sizing/measurements carefully before purchasing an item. If you have any questions about condition or sizing, please ask us ahead of time!

All sales should be considered final, but if you aren't happy with your item we will refund your purchase. Buyer will pay return shipping. Because of the various fees involved in working with Etsy and Paypal, we will charge a 15% restocking fee (original item price minus 15%). Unfortunately, original shipping charges cannot be refunded. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving an item to initiate a refund. So please, contact us sooner rather than later and ask lots of questions!

Shoes are the one exception. We understand how important shoe fit is and how unpredictable in can be. If you purchase shoes and can't wear them, you have 7 days to return them to us (buyer still pays return shipping) but you will not be charged a re-stocking fee. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded, sorry!

Above all else, we want you to be happy with your purchase and have a positive experience with us. We will always do our best to resolves any problems or issues that may arise; please contact us before leaving feedback!
Additional policies and FAQs
Pre-owned goods may show minor signs of wear due to age. We always indicate any major flaws or blemishes, but will not always mention small flaws, such as pinpoint sized spots or holes. If you are concerned about a particular item's condition, please contact us.
