We ship all of our decals for FREE using USPS First-Class Mail with tracking anywhere in the United States. All decals use Oracal 631 removable matte vinyl unless otherwise noted. This vinyl is listed from the manufacturer as good for short to medium-term indoor applications, specifically on painted drywall surfaces.
