PLEASE READ the following important information pertinent to a Buy Some Love purchase:

ORDERS ON A TIMELINE: If you are on a timeline or need your order for a specific date, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let us know at checkout (in the notes section), so we can make sure to accommodate you.
We cannot be held responsible for orders arriving late, if you didn't let us know that you were in a rush.

PROCESSING TIME: It can take us anywhere from 1-14 BUSINESS days to finish an order, depending on complexity, custom request and time of year.
If you need your order on a rush basis, PLEASE contact us before placing an order so we can accommodate you.

SHIPPING: We ship from our studio in Toronto, Canada.
It takes up to 14 BUSINESS days for orders to arrive (AFTER they leave us).
If you need your order sooner, we also offer courier options which you can select when checking out.

JEWELRY BOXES: Listings with shipping rates of $8.50 and higher are accompanied by jewelry boxes.
Please keep in mind that the these jewelry boxes are FREE.
We also don't charge for our personalized notecards.
Our cards are simple cardstock papers, purchased from Michael's.
If you would like us to use a higher quality glossy or shiny paper or a fancy jewelry box, we can order them in especially for you and we can charge you for the cost of them.
Please do not leave us negative feedback based solely on our jewelry boxes and cards, as they are FREE.

TRACKING: If you purchased your order and have checked out with our regular mail (cheapest option), it does not come with tracking. We work under a different system and we do not get tracking. It is not because we do not want to give it to you, we just don't have anything to give you.
If you would like tracking, please check out our listings with our courier option, which comes with a faster shipping timeline AND with tracking.

EMAILS WITH UPDATES: We send 1 email at the time of your purchase, with a copy of the receipt.
We send a second email when your package leaves our place.
In between, you will only get an email if there is an issue with your order or if we have a question about your order.
We have about 100 orders any given day and work about 16 hours a day....every day.
It would be IMPOSSIBLE for us to email each and every customer with a constant update of your order, unless you ask for it specifically when checking out.
Plus....We know you love us, but I'm sure you don't want us spamming your inbox with updates. :)

****please note:
we are getting a lot of purchases where customers are not leaving us colour choices, or wording for the cards.
we will contact you once, asking you.
we will send out a second email asking you if you got our first email.
if we don't hear back, we will assume you want the colour that is pictured in the listing.
we will also write up a generic card without names.

please understand that we have hundreds of orders at any given time, and we cannot continue sending out emails all day, asking for instructions and waiting for this takes time out of our schedule, to actually make our items for other customers.
