I do not accept returns. PLEASE READ all description, notes and materials before purchase. I made sure to list all details of the materials, and design ahead of time, clearly posted. If there is an issue with your item please contact me ASAP. On occasion, I do offer EXCHANGES or replacements only within 7 days of delivery.
DELIVERY: I am happy to get your purchase shipped out to you within 2 business days. I do not handle shipping outside of ETSY and do not take Fed Ex Acct numbers or outside shipping labels. Etsy protects both buyer and seller only by keeping all transactions on the platform and an email with tracking info is always sent. I am one person and I am consistent and dependable in getting your purchase boxed, shipped and on it's way within 2 business days if not same day.
