Any damages/losses will be handled on a case by case basis.

We never offer cash refunds, but we do offer replacements for orders lost in the mail or damaged upon arrival.

ALL shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item you purchase arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately. Please do NOT throw any packaging way as it is necessary to file a claim with the USPS.
Payment
Harvest Art Co. accepts payment through PayPal, by credit/debit card, and via Etsy gift cards. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping
PLEASE READ: We ship through Etsy to the address provided in your Etsy account. Please make sure that address is the one you desire your package shipped to. If you are shipping to a different address, be sure to let us know ASAP.

All items will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation.* Each print will be packaged in a plastic protector with a cardboard insert to guarantee that it does not bend. Each order will also be placed in a heavy-duty mailer.

Orders are shipped within 5 business days upon receipt of full payment.

If you need an item shipped priority or overnighted, please contact us BEFORE making your purchase so proper shipping costs can be added.

*International Customers: please send us a message if you want delivery confirmation and insurance. It is not included in your shipping price. Thanks!
