Welcome to a little bit of love...

Our aim is to help you share A Little Bit Of Love with someone special or to simply add a little bit love into your own home, through our hand crafted designs.

Our unique designs are mounted in either black or white frames to best compliment each individual design and they also come in a range of sizes. The frame size will be included on each items description.

Payment
The best form of payment to use to ensure your item is dispatched as quickly as possible is Paypal. Please pay within seven days - after that the item you have ordered will be relisted unless you contact us otherwise.

I will consider accepting other forms of payment including cheques & bank transfers, however items will only be dispatched once payment has CLEARED. Please get in touch to discuss if you require.

Items will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.

Once we have shipped your order, you may not change or cancel any part of it, however if you have made a mistake prior to shipping please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues.
Shipping
We will aim to post the items within two business days of receiving payment, unless your item is to be made specially then it may take slightly longer.

We are unable to ship on Sundays, UK public holidays or during unexpected events such as postal strikes. Please note we can not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been passed to the Royal Mail or for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of our control such as postal strikes or the Christmas holiday period when delivery is always slower. Should an exceptional event occur we will inform you of this at the time of purchase or as near to it as possible.

Please be aware we are based in the UK and we therefore are offering free shipping to addresses within the UK. All items sent to UK will be sent standard first class while outside the UK is sent standard airmail, if you wish to upgrade the postage method in anyway then please let us know on purchase so that we can get a postage cost to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping times are as follows:

UK - 1-2 Working Days,
EU - 3-4 Working Days,
Everywhere Else - 5-7 Days.

Please not these are normal times, outside the UK shipping may take longer (up to 6 weeks).

Please note that orders placed outside of the EU may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of our control as are any delays in delivery due to customs interventions. Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.

Postal address - orders will be sent to the ‘ship to address’ indicated on your Etsy order. Please ensure that this is your correct address and if there is a significant difference to your PayPal address that you contact us to confirm the correct and full postal address. We can not be held responsible for undelivered packages due to discrepancies in Etsy to PayPal delivery addresses.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items will be sent to you properly packaged in perfect condition. If however you find the goods to be faulty please notify us of the problem within 7 days of receipt and we can then arrange to return the item to us and we will provide a replacement or a full refund. It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office (or overseas equivalent) as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it in original, unused condition for resale, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. Please note that the customer is responsible for payment of return postage
