I picked up my first hand lettering book in 7th grade. Or more accurately, my friend Kristin let me borrow her lettering book in algebra after we had finished our homework for the day. My group of gal pals would write notes to one another, or good luck notes for those of us that were in sports. This continued in high school, fell to the wayside in college, and was picked back up in 2018 when I decided I was going to learn calligraphy for real finally. There was a reason I loved in as a 13 year old, and that never really left; I just rediscovered all the things I could letter on now that I was an adult and nothing is more adult than sending your own holiday cards (at least that held true in my mind). And holiday card has to look pretty on the outside, too, which meant calligraphed addresses and beautiful vintage stamps.

Those two things are how my business began and continues to be my favorite projects. I can and will find a way to letter on all the things and love working work clients to bring their vision to life- whether that is wedding invitations, the perfect vintage stamps, or a custom piece of artwork.
