I put great care into the items I make. I package items to withstand shipping. If, however, an item is damaged in shipping please email me as soon as possible. I will do my best to fix the situation.
Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Buyer pays shipping on returned item.

Please make payment at time of purchase. I accept PayPal as a form of payment. Item will be shipped once payment has been cleared. If payment is not made within 48 hours the order will be canceled.

Items are shipped to the address on file with Etsy. Please be sure your address is current!

See specific listing for "ready to ship time" prior to ordering. If you are in a rush please contact me before ordering to see if I can meet your needs. Most, but not all, orders ship within 1-3 business days.

All items will be shipped via USPS. Within the U.S. orders are usually delivered within a few days of shipments, but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in the U.S. All other locations may take up to 4 weeks.

All products are made in a smoke-free work space.
