The product itself is great. Customer service definitely lacks. Shipping took forever which it was Christmas time but to get an answer or someone to respond back was impossible. Finally had to open a case with Etsy for owner to respond to me. That in itself is alittle disappointing. I’m huge for excellent customer service. Alittle info on where ur package is or keeping a customer in the loop goes a very long way.
