Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Returns and exchange details
If your order is broken or defective, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your shipment to request a refund. A photograph and a return shipping may be required for your full refund. However, you will have to pay for the return shipping.
After 3 days of receipt, all sales are considered final.
As each piece is unique, replacements will not be possible.
Please be aware that the ceramic item must be repackaged in the same way it arrived and returned one week after receiving it (date as confirmed by postmark).
Refunds will not be given to change of mind.

Payment
All payments must be cleared before commencing orders.
Shipping
Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post regular mail.
This may take up to 6 days, depending on which part of Australia you are in (according to Australia Post). If you would like tracking included, please enquire before purchasing for a quote.
All overseas orders (outside Australia) are shipped by Air Mail which is a standard delivery service and requires no signature on acceptance. If you would like a different service, please enquire before purchasing for a quote.
**International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms.
No responsibility will be taken for goods lost in transit.
Shipping address:
Please make sure your Etsy address is correct. If you would like it sent to a different address than what is in your Etsy account, please include it with your purchase order along with a note. I am not responsible for packages sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.

Care for jewelry:
- Porcelain part can be cleaned with soapy water.
Care for crockery:
- Although glazed stoneware is dishwasher safe, for best results, please hand wash them.
